⚠️ Our services constitute advisory and compliance assistance. We are not a law firm. Tax positions taken are based on information provided by clients and applicable laws at the time of service.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and timely information required for service delivery
- Inform us of any changes to your business structure, income sources or compliance requirements
- Review all returns and documents before filing confirmation
- Pay fees as agreed within stipulated timelines
- Maintain your own copies of all filed returns and acknowledgements
4. Fees & Payment
- Fees are as quoted and agreed upon engagement. Government fees and stamp duty are charged separately.
- Monthly retainer fees are due by the 5th of each month
- One-time service fees are due before commencement of work
- GST at 18% is applicable on all professional fees
- Late payment may result in service suspension
5. Limitation of Liability
Sahanix's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in which the error occurred. We are not liable for:
- Penalties, interest or demands arising from incorrect information provided by the client
- Changes in tax laws after the date of our advice
- Decisions made by government authorities beyond our control
- Consequential, indirect or incidental damages
- Delays caused by portal downtime or government processing times
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose your financial or personal data to any third party except as required for service delivery or by law. Our team is bound by professional confidentiality obligations.
7. Intellectual Property
