Who We Are

Sahanix Advisory & Compliance is a Mumbai-based professional firm founded and led by Upendra Sahani. We operate from Gorai 2, Borivali West, Mumbai — serving clients across Maharashtra and Pan India through online and in-person consultations.

The name "Sahanix" represents our core identity — combining Sahani (our founder's name and legacy) with X (representing excellence, expertise and the unknown challenges we help clients navigate).

We started with a simple belief: that small business owners and entrepreneurs deserve the same quality of tax and compliance advice as large corporations — at a price that makes sense for their scale.

Today, we serve sole proprietors, partnership firms, private limited companies, importers, exporters and salaried professionals across diverse industries including textiles, e-commerce, manufacturing, IT services and retail.

2014 — Foundation
Started as Individual Tax Consultant
Upendra Sahani began practice focusing on individual ITR filing and basic GST compliance for local businesses in Borivali.
